If you are prone to cysts then you need to cut out junk and convenience foods and focus instead on freshly prepared vegetables, fruits and grains etc. Limit sugar and anything containing artificial additives. Eat organic foods wherever possible to cut down on the number of toxins entering the body. Eat plenty of plant based fibre to encourage effective elimination via the bowels.
